Charleston Honey Bee Expo

Each April we ask the general public to be a part of this amazing world.

Date: April 13, 2024

A free family friendly event!

The purpose of this fun, free, family-friendly community outreach event is to provide a platform to share educational information with the public about bees, the art of beekeeping, and to promote actions that support health and sustainability of pollinators in our community and environment of coastal South Carolina.

Location

Our location for the 2024 Expo is Magnolia Park at 720 Magnolia Road in Charleston, SC, and can “bee” another huge success if you will join us! Stay tuned to this site to learn more as the 2024 event develops!

Volunteer

Volunteers are needed to help with: Parking, Vendors support and organization, Cotton Candy booth, Raffle booth, Publicity, Recycle, Guest Speaker Coordinator, Honey Tasting, Set-up and Take-down. Volunteers must be at least 16 and in good health.

Become a Vendor

In an effort to maintain the theme and primary purpose of the event, the degree by which a vendor/exhibitor’s products, mission, or services align with the theme will be a contributing factor in the application approval process. The event organizer has a responsibility through oversight of CABA Board of Directors to approve or deny applications and may close a concession or vendor space not being operated in compliance with provisions of this agreement or in the best interest of the event and its patrons.
